Rebuttal to Hillary Clinton at the DNC on Character

The Clinton administration

We as Americans have short term memories when it come to events, listening to Hillary Clinton about how bad things have been since Bush took over, and how we cannot afford to have another Republican serve another 4 years, well I can say the same thing about the Democrats from 1992 to 2000. here are some info to help you remember the good old years for Bill Clinton, this article does not include Lewinsky didn't think anybody needed to remember that most Embarrassing and sad moment for the United States.

Foreign policy blunders:

1.Somalia 1993 during this limited failed operation which resulted 18 Americans Killed and 73 others wounded and one taken prisoner with some of the American bodies being dragged through the streets on live T.V planning for this event was very poor for Bill Clinton.

2. The 1993 World Trade Center bombing: car bomb that killed six people and injured 1,042 Yousef ." He stated that the attack on the World Trade Center would be merely the first of such attacks if his demands were not met. In his letters Yousef admitted that the World Trade Center bombing was an act of terrorism, but that this was justified because "the terrorism that Israel practices (which America supports) must be faced with a similar one." The clinton white house failed to prevent furture attacks based on its soft foreign policy. We knew this was Al Qedia but did nothing.

3. Yugoslavia 1999 we invaded a country based on info provided by Kosovo of genocide but a U.N. Court ruled genocide did not take place, but recognized, "a systematic campaign of terror, including murders, rapes, arsons and severe maltreatments". Things like this happens every day in Iraq but 10 fold.

4. The USS Cole bombing was a suicide bombing attack against the USS COLE on Oct 12, 2000 while it was harbored in the Yemeni port of Aden. Seventeen sailors were killed. President Bill Clinton declared, "If, as it now appears, this was an act of terrorism but under U.S. law, an attack against a military target does not meet the legal definition of terrorism. What ?

Domestic Policy:

1. Don't ask don't tell failed didn't need it made the issues for gays even tougher

2. Clinton's legislative agenda was the result of a taskforce headed by Hillary Clinton, which was a health care reform plan aimed at achieving universal coverage via a national healthcare plan. However, john f. Harris, a biographer of Clinton's, states the program failed because of a lack of co-ordination within the White House. Despite his party holding a majority in Congress, the effort to create a national healthcare system ultimately died under heavy public pressure. It was the first major legislative defeat of Clinton's administration

Travelgate controversy

When several longtime employees of the White House Travel Office were fired, the White House travel office controversy began on May 19, 1993. A whistleblower's letter, this triggered an FBI investigation, which revealed evidence of financial malfeasance. Does this sound familiar (furor over the firing of federal prosecutors in the Bush admintration ) by Democrats. Basically speaking both administrations handled their controversy wrong.
WhiteWater : Real Estate deal 20 years ago. In 1978, then-Arkansas Attorney General Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary, joined a partnership with James and Susan McDougal to buy 220 acres of riverfront land and form the Whitewater Development Corp. The mysterious disappearance and rediscovery of billing records showing the extent of Hillary Clinton's legal work for McDougal's savings and loan. Missing and under subpoena for two years, they turned up in January 1996 in the Clintons' private quarters at the White House.

What happen to Bills Closest Friends?
1. James McDougal was convicted in 1996 of fraud in relation to the failed Whitewater land deal.
2. Susan McDougal convicted of four Whitewater felonies
3. Hubbell case :Prosecutors said he had milked his former clients and the law firm out of more than $480,000. Hubbell spent 16 months in prison.

Burger cought stealing Classified Document and putting these documents in his pants and socks

National Security Advisor Sandy Burger was caught trying to steal classified documents Burger had been at the archives previously to this occasion and the center had determined there were documents missing. Berger's archives visit occurred as he was reviewing materials as a designated representative of the Clinton administration to the national commission investigating the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The question of what Clinton knew and did about the emerging Al Qedia threat before leaving office in January 2001 was acutely sensitive information that is gone forever.Berger states he was only poring over documents before his testimony. (Wow is that all)

Justice Department: Sandy Burger has agreed to pay a $10,000 fine and accept a three-year suspension of his national security clearance. That’s all !!!!!!

Chinese Steal U.S. Secrets - An Overview

March 12, 1999

How was the leak discovered?
a member of the Energy Department had been the first to raise the questions about the Chinese that could not be explained away. In 1996, Trulock met with the CIA and informed them about the very real possibility of a Chinese infiltration. The report was top secret, and contained incontrovertible evidence. The CIA was shocked, but more was to come.
In June of 1995, a Chinese scientist had given the CIA a 1988 Chinese document, detailing a new weapon called the W-88. The description of the warhead and its capabilities could mean only one thing: someone at Los Alamos was selling the Chinese the information.
The Los Alamos lab, one of three national weapons labs was established in 1943, and enjoyed loose security policies. Scientists were reluctant to check the backgrounds of foreign visitors, in keeping with their 'welcome, welcome' policy. In addition, the Pentagon sponsored a trip for China's defense minister, General Chi to the nearby Sandia National Labs; energy officials were not told in advance and no background checks were made. The investigations were done haphazardly and without any real intensity. The FBI began working on the case reluctantly, keeping the details of their information secret from the CIA. In reality, nothing much was done. In 1997 when Fredrico Pena became Energy Secretary, counterintelligence programs were abandoned and officials began to look the other way. In April of that year, the FBI finally recommended background checks at the weapons labs, but the Energy Department ignored the sage advice. Meanwhile Trulock had more information that the Chinese were continuing to spy at the labs. On March 8, 1999 Wen Ho Lee, a Taiwan-born scientist working at Los Alamos National Weapons Laboratory wad fired from his job. His alleged crime? Stealing American nuclear secrets and passing them to China, where they were used to create advanced nuclear technology.

North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation

The North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation (NAALC) supplements NAFTA and endeavors to create a foundation for cooperation among the three countries for the resolution of labor problems, as well as to promote greater cooperation among trade unions and social organizations in order to fight for improved labor conditions.
We all know that Hillary and Obama are against this program, and that this program didn't work as well as Bill Clinton said it would.

Pardons 140 total: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Clinton_pardons_controversy
Peter MacDonald - The day before President Clinton left office,U.S. Rep. Patrick J. Kennedy lobbied the White House to commute the sentence of the former leader of the Navajo Nation. MacDonald was sentenced to 14 years at a Federal Prison in Texas for fraud, extortion, inciting riots, bribery, and corruption stemming from the Navajo purchase of the Big Boquillas Ranch in Northwestern Arizona. He was commuted after serving 10 years.

Carlos A. Vignali had his sentence for cocaine trafficking commuted, after serving 6 of 15 years in federal prison.
Almon Glenn Braswell was pardoned of his mail fraud and perjury convictions, even while a federal investigation was underway regarding additional money laundering and tax evasion charges.[14] Braswell and Carlos Vignali each paid approximately $200,000 to Hillary Clinton's brother, Hugh Rodham, to represent their respective cases for clemency. Hugh Rodham returned the payments after they were disclosed to the public.[15] Braswell would later invoke the Fifth Amendment at a Senate Committee hearing in 2001, when questioned about allegations of his having systematically defrauded senior citizens of millions of dollars.[16]
Linda Sue Evans and Susan Rosenberg were pardoned. Weather Underground members, they were imprisoned on weapons and explosives charges.[17][18]
Marc Rich, a fugitive, was pardoned of tax evasion, after clemency pleas from Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, among many other international luminaries. He was required to pay a $100 million dollar fine and waive any use of the pardon as a defense against any future civil charges that were filed against him in the same case. Critics complained that Denise Rich, his former wife, had made substantial donations to the Clinton library and to Mrs. Clinton's senate campaign. Emails uncovered during the course of the investigation revealed that her final donation was provided a year before Scooter Libby requested that she approach Clinton for a pardon. According to Paul Volcker's independent investigation of Iraqi Oil-for-Food kickback schemes, Marc Rich was a middleman for several suspect Iraqi oil deals involving over 4 million barrels of oil.[19] But he was rewarded for his work in the intelligence community. More on this can be seen at http://onlinejournal.org/Special_Reports/092105Madsen/092105madsen.html
Susan McDougal, who had already completed her sentence, was pardoned for her role in the Whitewater scandal; McDougal had served 18 months on contempt charges for refusing to testify about Clinton's role.
Dan Rostenkowski, a former Democratic Congressman convicted in the Congressional Post Office Scandal. Rostenkowski had served his entire sentence.
Melvin J. Reynolds, a Democratic Congressman from Illinois, who was convicted of bank fraud, 12 counts of sexual assault, obstruction of justice, and solicitation of child pornography had his sentence commuted on the bank fraud charged and was allowed to serve the final months under the auspices of a half way house. He had served his entire sentence on child sex abuse charges before the commutation of the later convictions.
Roger Clinton, the president's half-brother, on drug charges after having served the entire sentence more than a decade before. Roger Clinton would be charged with drunk driving and disorderly conduct in an unrelated incident within a year of the pardon. He was also briefly alleged to have been utilized in lobbying for the Braswell pardon, among others. However, no wrongdoing was uncovered.

Mr. Bush has made little use of his clemency powers, granting just 157 pardons and six commutations. By comparison, over eight years in office President Ronald Reagan granted clemency 409 times and Mr. Clinton 459 times. More than half of Mr. Clinton’s grants came in his final three months.

I have to tell you am not impressed with the Clinton record nor do I want a repeat of the Clinton years Both parties are crap in different wrapings, untill the American People take a stand and really start to do there own homework am Afraid we will be repeating our bad history over and over again. John Edwards's infidelity that was hidden by the mainstream media also brings to mind Bill Clinton's infidelity when running for office in 1991(this goes to the Character of Bill Clinton in the beginning it was suspect) . If we had known what we now know about the Clintons would we have elected Bill Clinton all over again most likely not. So why are we willing to do the same with Obama? Remember Character what happen to that? Obama has dismissed Ayers as just "a guy who lives in my neighborhood." But they did work on the board together and in about a week we will find out exactly how much Obama was involved with Bill Ayers. Over the next week the press will be going over all the documents released by the University of Illinois at Chicago in regards to Obama’s association with Ayers who was a founding member of the 1960s and 1970s radical group the Weather Underground. The Weather Underground took credit for several nonfatal bombings on targets that included the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol, and critics accuse Obama of rubbing elbows with an unabashed 1960s radical. We are not saying Obama at 8yrs old was working with William Ayers in the 1960's but this goes to his character of working with William Ayers in the 1990's on cause's that mean the most to William Ayers which we all have Idea of what that is, Ayers still till this day says if he had the chance do it again he would. As details of Obama's early political career emerge into the light, his associations with such radical figures as Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Father Michael Pfleger, Reverend James Meeks, Bill Ayers, and Bernardine Dohrn look less like peculiar instances of personal misjudgment and more like intentional political partnerships. Could you imagine what would of happen if John Edwards had been selected as Obama V.P choice and then that info comes out after the fact, that would of killed the Obama's campaign. Why you say!!! Its Character, John Edwards lied.
An Investigation of someone is not bad, but it could be bad if a media person or persons with holds that information. There is one way to get around that do your own homework don't relay on someone else or the media to do it for you, the media isn't doing you any favors but pushing there own agenda.
I know seeing people faint and cry is really compelling but if you watch some of these Television Evangelist who are very charismatic they also can make people faint and cry as well.
