Left wing lynch mob out for Sheriff Joe Arpaio

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been the sheriff of Maricopa County for 16 years, opponents don't like sheriff deputies using traffic violations as probable cause to stop a vehicle and then questioning those inside about immigration. It doesn't really matter if you like this man or not, Sheriff Arpaio has been doing what the Federal Government hasn't been doing for years, and that’s making the streets safe for his Citizens of Maricopa County.


The open border advocates like La Raza, Day labor Associations, and the ACLU all what the government to close there eyes and let the drugs and crime that come from having an open border to proceed, and do so at the expense of the citizens of the State of Arizona, and the United States. This fight needs to be placed on the table and be given the same priority as everything else this President is pursing at this time. We as a nation must think of ourselves first when it comes to securing our borders and sovereignty of our nation. I personally don't care if an illegal Immigrant can't find a job nor do I care about them qualifying for free medical care from our tax dollars. With that said, no illegal Immigrant child should be allowed to attend any of our public schools for education. The obligation of our President and legislators is to protect the citizens of our great nation by first deporting all illegal aliens from the United States. Next place the military on the border like Mexico does on their southern border. I have watched the news in horror as Mexico military forces have crossed into the United States with weapons threatening and killing the citizens of our nation just so that they can bring there drugs here to sell to our youth and adults who are going through there own tough times.and or stealing from them. Then there are those Americans who are only trying to protect there property along the border who are being shot at or sued and lose there land to the illegal Immigrants who have broken our laws and don’t like being detained by a property owners for breaking such laws as crossing through their property or destroying their property.


So here we sit watching the left wing wack cases of 4 senators House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI), and Immigration Subcommittee Chairwoman Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) Constitution Subcommittee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), and Crime Subcommittee Chairman Bobby Scott (D-VA) called on Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to investigate allegations of misconduct by Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriff Joe Arpaio forced this sheriff too justify his actions. These Democrats are against section 287 see below.
Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRAIRA), effective September 30, 1996, added Section 287(g), performance of immigration officer functions by state officers and employees, to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). This authorizes the secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to enter into agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies, permitting designated officers to perform immigration law enforcement functions, pursuant to a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), provided that the local law enforcement officers receive appropriate training and function under the supervision of sworn U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.
State and local patrol officers, detectives, investigators and correctional officers working in conjunction with ICE gain: necessary resources and authority to pursue investigations relating to violent crimes, human smuggling, gang/organized crime activity, sexual-related offenses, narcotics smuggling and money laundering; and support in more remote geographical locations.

Wow! If I didn't know better I would of thought that this blogger was talking about the poor Gitmo detainees.

Its time for all Americans to take a stand on this issue, if the opponents want to call us racists then so be it. We all know it's not true, most of our families have all migrated here from other countries, but did so by not breaking any laws. They went through the long process of coming here legally and that’s all I want from those who want to come here. We as Americans understand what a horrible government you have in Mexico, and don't blame you for wanting to have the opportunity to have a better life for you and family. All we ask is that you go through the process of doing what it takes to respect the laws of our land.
